Using this site
By using WaterClaims, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
General information, not advice
Our guides and tools are general information about water damage and homeowners insurance. They are not legal, insurance or financial advice, and they don't create any professional relationship. Your policy, your insurer and your state's laws decide your claim.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee whether a claim will be covered, how much an insurer will pay, or how long a claim will take.
Calls to local companies
- When you call, we connect you with an independent local company. We don't perform water damage, restoration or repair work.
- The companies are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own work, prices, licenses and agreements with you.
- Before hiring any company, review its written estimate and agreement, and check any licensing your state requires.
- Calling may not be available in every area.
